Three people were injured minutes apart in two separate early-morning shootings during the latest violent night in Baltimore. The night began at 12:49 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, when a Southern District patrol officer was flagged down by a Good Samaritan advising about a shooting victim who was struck in the 1600 block of Ramsay Street.
