Officer-Involved Shooting Under Investigation In Baltimore (Developing) A member of the Baltimore Police Department was involved in a midday officer-involved shooting on Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.  The agency announced on Thursday, May 11, that an officer was implicated in a shooting near the intersection of South Catherine Street and Frederick Avenue before 2 p.m. We are aware of the police-involved shooting that occurred at S.
