More than 75,000 power outages have been reported in Maryland due to the wintry weather, according to the Maryland Department of Emergency Management. The current number of outages is 75,875 but that number is expected to grow as the snow continues to fall. The snow has also cancelled hundreds of flights and closed dozens of schools in the state.

Nearly 200 flights have been canceled at Baltimore/Washington International Airport due to snow, according to FlightAware.
