A road rage incident in Baltimore turned bloody when a woman broke out a gun and shot another driver, police say. Neisha Jackson, 40, has been arrested a week after a 41-year-old woman was shot during an early-morning dispute that carried on for several blocks in Central Baltimore. At around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, officers on patrol in the 400 block of West Pratt Street heard gunshots, and while investigating, found a 41-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her lower body.
