Missing Teen's Body Found Near Cecil County Home: Maryland State Police Maryland State Police say family members made a grisly discovery on Monday morning when they found the body of a missing teenager not far from his Cecil County home. At approximately 8 a.m. on Monday, April 3, police say that Isaiah Workman, 16, of Conowingo, was found by family members in the 500 block of Stevens Road after he was reported missing over the weekend.
