The Gas Tax Could Be Up In Maryland — If Gov. Hogan Approves Maryland State lawmakers have passed a measure to suspend a fuel tax in the state for 30 days, WJZ reports.  If passed by Gov. Larry Hogan, the bill would suspect the collection of the tax — $0.36 per gallon, as gas prices hit record highs. Senate just now unanimously passes SB1010 gas tax holiday bill. The legislation now goes to the house. This morning the House passed the same bill and sent their version to the Senate.
