Burglars Steal $100K+ In Merchandise During Break-In At Maryland Store, Police Say An investigation has been launched in Anne Arundel County after at least at least two people broke into an Annapolis business and stole upwards of $100,000 in merchandise on Thursday morning, police say. Shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, officers from the Annapolis Police Department were called to the unit block of Maryland Avenue, where there were reports of the front door of a store that had been shattered to allow burglars to gain access to the building.
