2-Car Crash Closes Portion Of I-695 Inner Loop (Developing) A two-vehicle crash closed a portion of the I-695 inner loop, backing up traffic for rush-hour commuters Wednesday morning. The collision occurred just before exit 18A to MD 26 at Liberty Road in Baltimore County around 8:45 a.m., according to MDOT. One of the three inner loop shoulders was closed, as well as three of the four traffic lanes, as crews responded. This is a developing story. Check back for more.
