Fugitive Wanted In Maryland Caught In Pennsylvania, Police Say A "fugitive from justice" in Maryland has been captured in Central Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Friday.  Corrie Denell Collins, 41, originally of Cecil County, MD but most recently of Lancaster, PA was caught by police following a reported "disturbance" due to an argument he was having in the 100 block of Westmore Way, Manheim Township on Dec. 16, police said in the release on, Jan. 26.  When the offices did a quick background check on Collins they learned he had an outstanding warrant issued by the North East Police Department in Cecil County. Maryland Man Wanted In Georgia Found In Pennsylvania, Police Say A 78-year-old fugitive wanted in Georgia was arrested in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on March 4, 2023, authorities say.  Gerald Lee Spessard, originally from Hagerstown, Maryland was found in "a suspicious vehicle parked at 1415 Orchard Drive," around 12:25 a.m., Chambersburg police said.  Upon investigation, he was found to have an active felony warrant from Georgia.  Spessard was then arrested and held in the Franklin County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Georgia.
