Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest Of Wanted Murder Suspect In Baltimore, Police Say Police say that a traffic stop of a vehicle with tags that didn't match its registration in Baltimore led to the arrest of a man wanted for the murder of Daniel Taylor last month. Kenneth Mackay, 37, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of the 38-year-old Taylor in September after he was found suffering from gunshot wounds in Western Baltimore. North Baltimore Shooting Upgraded To Homicide: Police A recent shooting in north Baltimore has been upgraded to a homicide, authorities said. Police responded to a reported shooting in the 500 block of East Coldspring Lane near York Road around 9:21 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, Baltimore Police said. Upon arrival, they found Daniel Taylor, 35, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he died the next day, police said.  The investigation is ongoing.
