An alert was issued by the Montgomery County Department of Police Special Victims Investigations Division as they seek the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Clarksburg resident Jaiden Anthony Ochieng. Ochieng was last seen at approximately 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 leaving Clarksburg High School, police said. Armed Student Locks Down Clarksburg Schools A high school student has been arrested for causing a pair of Clarksburg schools to be placed on lockdown, authorities said.  Police received a call from about an individual who pulled out a gun after a road rage incident in the 22400 block of Brick Haven Way around 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, Montgomery County Police said.  The gun-wielding student then ran towards Clarksburg High School, which — along with Rocky Hill Middle School and the Goddard School — was placed on lockdown around 10:35 a.m., police said. The suspect was arrested at his home shortly after 11 a.m., police said. …
