Baltimore Man Convicted Of Sexually Abusing Multiple Minors: Feds A previously convicted sex offender in Maryland is facing decades in prison after admitting to recording himself sexually abusing minors over the course of more than 13 years. Baltimore resident Garnell Eugene Graves, 58, pleaded guilty in federal court to four counts of sexual exploitation of a child in relation to the sexual abuse of five minor victims, federal prosecutors announced.
