Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By Nissan At Baltimore County Intersection, Police Say A woman was pronounced dead at an area hospital days after being struck by a driver crossing through a busy Baltimore County intersection in the middle of the night. At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, officers from the Baltimore County Police Department were called to the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Chesaco Avenue to investigate a reported pedestrian strike. The investigation into the crash found that the woman was walking in the roadway of Chesaco Avenue when she was struck by a Nissan Versa that was driving through the area.
