A 43-year-old man is facing multiple charges after being busted with a host of child pornography files during an investigation in Maryland, state police authorities announced on Wednesday, Nov. 9. Maryland Man Already Behind Bars For Drugs Gets More Time For Producing Child Porn
A Maryland man already in prison on a drug conviction is facing additional time behind bars and will have to continue registering as a sex offender upon his release after admitting to producing child pornography. Luis Rivera, 34, formerly of Elkton Maryland, was sentenced in US District Court to 20 years in federal prison, followed by 20 years of supervised release, Judge George L. Russell, III announced. Recognize him? An alert has been issued by police investigators in Maryland as they attempt to track down a career criminal with multiple warrants out for his arrest for alleged drug dealing. A fast-moving kitchen fire in Maryland caused approximately $150,000 in damage before dozens of firefighters were able to knock down the flames and get the blaze under control.
