Man ID'd By Dying Victim Convicted Of Stabbing MD Teen Posing As Girl On SnapChat The 21-year-old man whose victim identified him with his dying breaths in Harford County has been convicted in the stabbing death of a teen near his Bel Air home in 2021, State’s Attorney Alison Healey announced. Frank George Hudson, III, 21, of Aberdeen, was convicted this week of voluntary manslaughter and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon for his role in the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Christopher Kerfoot in the 1200 block of Agora Drive on July 8, 2021.
