Man, 29, Shot In Baltimore’s Park Circle Neighborhood: Police A 29-year-old man was shot in Baltimore’s Park Circle neighborhood Sunday evening, Feb. 25, police said. The victim arrived at a nearby hospital after being shot by an unknown male in the 3400 block of Park Heights Avenue shortly before 7:10 p.m., police said.
