Steven Alston Jr., a junior, shot the tenth-grade victim around 1 p.m. in a bathroom at the Muncaster Mill Road school in Rockville, Montgomery County police said. 20-Year-Old Alleged Maryland Burger King Shooter Held Without Bond A 20-year-old man who police say shot and killed another man at a Burger King in Frederick is being held without bond, according to FOX 5 DC. Darin Tyler Robey, is suspected of shooting Jaion Antonio Penamon multiple times when he tried to intervene in an altercation Robey was having with a female at the  Burger King, according to the Frederick Police Department.  Robey was charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Murder, 1st and 2nd Degree Assault and several firearm charges.
