Ray White, 39, beat a 60-year-old woman in the head with the butt of a handgun in the 2600 block of Ashland Avenue in November 2020, Baltimore Police said. White then stomped on the woman's boots after she fell to the ground, police added.
White's last known address was in the 600 block of North Lakewood Avenue, police said. He is about 6'3," and weighs approximately 160 pounds, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (410) 637-8970 or dial 911.
