Man Active In Foster Care Programs In Baltimore Charged With Rape, Sexual Abuse: Police

Police say a man that was active in several foster care programs in Maryland is facing charges for alleged sexual abuse and child pornography charges.

Keith Savage was arrested in Baltimore, a spokesperson for the county announced on Monday, Oct. 17 on rape and other charges and is currently being held in home detention.

Specifically, Savage was charged with:

  • Second-degree rape;
  • Sexual abuse of a minor;
  • Child pornography;
  • Other sexual offense charges.

According to investigators, for several years, Savage was active in numerous foster care programs and police are searching for any additional victims that may have been in his care.
