A fresh alert was issued for Jason Dean Billingsley, 32, who is wanted in Baltimore on a murder charge for allegedly killing LaPere, a promising young entrepreneur who was honored in Forbes annual “30 Under 30” list.”

Her body was found in an apartment this week in the 300 block of West Franklin Street suffering from blunt force trauma, and on Wednesday, police say that Billingsley is also wanted in connection to a separate incident that happened on Tuesday, Sept. 19 in the 800 block of Edmondson Avenue.

Investigators are now reviewing all cases since October last year to determine if there are any other connections to Billingsley and violent crime in the city.

Officials say that multiple warrants have been issued for Billingsley and local law enforcement agencies are following leads as they attempt to track down the murder suspect.

Billingsley was previously arrested in 2013, 2011 and 2009 for multiple charges that include a sex offense, second-degree assault and robbery charges.

Police said that he is considered “armed and dangerous,” and anyone who may come into contact him has been advised not to engage and to instead immediately call 911.
