Minivan Spins Out, Killing Severn Passenger In Crash With Tow Truck On I-695 A 60-year-old man was killed in a Baltimore County crash Saturday morning, March 23 on I-695, police said. Sang Yoo Kang, of Severn, was riding in a minivan that spun out and struck a tow truck on scene for a separate crash on the outlet loop near Wilkens Avenue around 8:05 a.m., according to Maryland State Police. Kang was pronounced dead at the scene by Baltimore County emergency medical services personnel. The drivers of the minivan and tow truck were transported by ambulance to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. The outer loop of I-695 at Wilkins Avenue was partially …
