Teen Accused Of Murder In Maryland Home Charged As Adult, Sheriff Says A 16-year-old will be charged as an adult following a fatal midday shooting inside a Washington County home, authorities announced. Kamari Kenyon Meniefield, 16, is being held behind bars for his alleged role in the murder of 23-year-old Devin Anthony Meniefield earlier this week in Hagerstown.  Shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, deputies were called to the 17400 block of Maple Leaf Court, where they found Devin Meniefield suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside an area residence.  He died from his injuries. PA Man Burning Plastic Christmas Wreathes At MD Cemetery Was 'Trying To Save The Earth' A Pennsylvania man was arrested after authorities found him torching Christmas wreathes at a Maryland cemetery apparently because they weren't biodegradable and he was trying to save the planet, authorities said. Witnesses called 911 after spotting Peter J. Custer, 43, taking the plastic wreathes from three or more burial plots, placing them on an access road and lighting them on fire at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park cemetery in Hagerstown around 1 a.m., the Maryland Fire Marshal said.
