Adult, Child Killed In Multi-Vehicle Baltimore Crash: Police An adult and a child were killed in an early morning crash in Baltimore’s Eastern District on Wednesday, Feb. 21, police confirmed. The crash occurred near the 3500 block of Belair Road around 7:30 a.m., a representative with the Baltimore Police Department told Daily Voice. Officers arrived and found a child dead at the scene. A second victim was found trapped inside of a vehicle and later pronounced deceased. Investigators believe speed to be a factor in the crash. The investigation is being led by Crash Team detectives. No further details were released.
