Harford County Sheriff's Office Releases Names Of Deputies Who Shot & Killed Suicidal Man The names of the two Harford County Sheriff deputies who shot and killed a suicidal man in Forest Hill have been released. Sergeant Sives and Corporal Maddox are both on administrative leave after John Raymond Fauver, 53, was shot behind the CVS on Rock Spring Road on Saturday, April 23, the Harford County Sheriff's office said.  "Sgt.
