Shooter Accused Of Murdering Two People During Dispute In Maryland, Police Say A 28-year-old man has been arrested for a double fatal shooting inside a Baltimore home that was reported in December, authorities announced. City resident Lamonte Sherman has been arrested in connection to the fatal shootings of Phillip Brown and Michael Saffold, both 28, following a dispute. The incident was reported shortly before 3 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2023 in the Northern District.
