Suspect In Custody For Easter Sunday Killing In Silver Spring: Police
A murder suspect is in custody weeks after a dead body was found inside a Montgomery County home on Easter Sunday, authorities announced. The near monthlong investigation into the death of a 20-year-Carlos Rashard Carter last month has led to a host of charges for Silver Spring resident Kaleab Abebe Berhanu, 20.
