Two Killed, Three Hospitalized Following Chain-Reaction Crash In Maryland: State Police Two family members were killed in a three-vehicle chain-reaction crash on Route 313 that shutdown the roadway for hours, according to Maryland State Police investigators. Hurlock residents Lavonne Bratcher, 55, and Vincent Bratcher, 56, were both pronounced dead by first responders after their Mazda was rear-ended by a Jeep, sending them ping-ponging into a GMC truck, causing the fatal crash in Caroline County.
