Glen Burnie Teen Went On Midnight Carjacking Spree, Police Say A Glen Burnie teen has been arrested after crashing a stolen vehicle, police say. Anne Arundel County police officers were called to the area of Governor Ritchie Highway and Fitzallen Road around 4:30 a.m., Friday, April 14 for reports of a single-vehicle crash. By the time police arrived at the scene, the driver of the vehicle, later identified as 18-year-old Andreas Diego Eduardo Ballesteros, had fled on foot.
