Gaithersburg resident Phillip Kwang Bon Uh, 78, and a woman only identified as his wife, were struck by a Hyundai Santa Fe shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21 in the area of Muddy Branch Road and King James Way, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. Gity Karamouz, 68, was killed in the collision that occurred near the 500 block of Randolph Road near Hawkesbury Lane, Friday, Aug. 5, according to Montgomery County police.
