Pedestrian Killed In Crosswalk By Red Light-Running Van Driver In Prince George's County One person was killed in a Prince George’s County crosswalk when a driver ran a red light and struck him, initially fled the scene but later returned, according to Maryland State Police investigators. A 34-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by a van shortly before 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2 in the area of Central Avenue and Campus Way in Kettering.
