Hatem Memorial Bridge in Harford County late on Sunday afternoon. Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police Officers are probing the crash after a cyclist was hit by a driver who sped away in the westbound lanes of the Havre de Grace bridge over the weekend.
