Maryland School Bus Driver Under Investigation For Suspected DUI: Police A school bus driver in Carroll County was allegedly under the influence when she crashed in Eldersburg, police said. Tammy Frock, of Westminster, was driving on Route 32 near Bartholow Road in Eldersburg at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15 when she crashed her bus into a pole, downing wires, according to the Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department.
