A 43-year-old man on probation for a 2020 assault and ordered by a judge to abstain from alcohol is heading to prison after getting his fifth DUI in Frederick County, authorities announced. A woman who allegedly ran down a man she was involved in an ongoing relationship with in St. Mary's County during a disagreement is facing murder and other charges following an investigation by Maryland State Police.
