Teen Hit-Run Driver Tracked Down After Striking 4-Year-Old Girl In Anne Arundel County: Police A teen driver was caught after leaving a 4-year-old girl with critical injuries during a hit-and-run in Maryland, police said. The crash occurred on the 300 block of Arden Road West around 3:50 p.m. on Monday afternoon, Jan. 29, Anne Arundel County Police said. Investigators believe the child, of Brooklyn, Maryland, ran into the roadway and was struck by a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan driven by a 17-year-old male heading eastbound on Arden Road W.
