Santos-Melendez was discovered unresponsive in a convenience store parking lot in the 7700 block of 23rd Avenue shortly before 1 a.m., after police received reports of a shooting. Roberto Santos-Melendez, 44, was found shot to death in the parking lot of the store in the 7700 block of 23rd Avenue around 1 a.m., Monday, Sept. 5, according to Prince George's County police. Pickup Truck Strikes And Kills Scooter Driver From Kensington: Police A person driving a scooter was killed after being struck by a pickup truck in the Lewisdale area over the weekend, authorities said.  Raymond Bradley, 60, of Kensington, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that happened at the intersection of East-West Highway and 23rd Avenue just before noon on Sunday, March 20, Prince George's Police said.  Initial investigation revealed the truck hit Bradley while the truck was turning on 23rd Avenue, police said. The truck driver stayed on scene and was left unharmed, police said.  The investigation is ongoing.  …
