Around 9 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9, Curtiss Franklin Nance, 62, was arrested after an assault was reported at Parsley's Pub on Olen Drive in Glen Burnie, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Nance reportedly entered the pub and was refused service, when he stated "we will see if any of you get out of here alive" before being escorted outside by an employee.

While Nance was in the parking lot of the pub, he threatened to burn down the business. Nance then left the location but returned later with a BB gun, fleeing before police arrived.
