The victim was allegedly walking in the area of Charlotte Drive and Jill Lane around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 when two men approached him, according to Anne Arundel County police.
One of the men quickly took out a knife and cut the victim across his chest before both suspects ran away. Officers were called to the scene and were able to find the suspects nearby.
Jose Anan Alvarez-Garcia, 34, and Felipe De Jesus Aldana Garcia, 22, were arrested and charged accordingly for the attack.
The victim was transported to a hospital with what authorities say are non life-threatening wounds.
