Existing-Home Sales Plummet 8.4% In January As Prices Keep Climbing: 'Americans Are Stuck'
Existing-home sales plunged across the US in January in the latest sign of strain on the nation's real estate market, according to new data. Sales dropped 8.4% from December 2025 to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.91 million in January, the National Association of REALTORS said in a report released on Thursday, Feb. 12. Northeast travelers are heading to some of the same international destinations, according to a new study. InsureMyTrip released a ranking of the top five countries for travelers from each US state on Tuesday, Oct. 7. The study analyzed international travel insurance purchases for 2025. Old Farmer's Almanac Releases Outlook For Winter In Northeast
A brand-new forecast for the winter of 2022-23 is calling for a cold, snowy winter. End-Of-Thanksgiving Weekend Storm Could Be First Of Several Snowmakers In Northeast
A widespread storm at the end of Thanksgiving weekend from a Clipper system moving from west to east could be the first of several snowmakers in the Northeast in the days to come, according to a new report. "These storms tend to organize over the western provinces of Canada and are dubbed Alberta clippers due to their fast movement and origin," AccuWeather says.
