'Slap On The Wrist': Man Who Attacked Central Mass Officers On Body Camera Gets $140 Bail Police in Worcester County have released the body camera footage that shows what they say is a 41-year-old Webster man attacking officers during what should have been a routine arrest, authorities said.  Carlos Sulsona is charged with vandalizing property, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest, Webster police said.
