The driver who caused a violent train strike in Virginia is now facing charges following an investigation into the crash, police say. Bealeton resident John Edward Bates, 54, was charged with reckless driving following a serious crash that caused chaos for some in Bristow last month. 'Shcool' Zone: Central Mass Town Promises To Fix Misspelled Street Sign
A contractor may have needed to spend more time in "shcool" after they inadvertently misspelled school on a giant road sign in Worcester County. Holden officials said the mistake happened two weeks ago on Holden Road near Mountainview School. They hope to fix it when the weather improves. That will likely be a few days, they said.
