Worcester Man Accused Of Fitchburg Murder Guilty, Will Spend Rest Of His Life Behind Bars: DA A Worcester man will spend the rest of his life in prison after a jury found him guilty of killing 23-year-old Leon Wilson Jr. during a violent robbery in Fitchburg. Mugisha Jeanbosco, 27, was convicted of first-degree murder and armed robbery for the deadly attack near Pie Alley on July 11, 2019. Jeanbosco will receive a mandatory life sentence with no chance of parole. Sentencing is scheduled for August 1. Jason Robinson, 39, of Fitchburg, and Jonathan Baez, 25, of Worcester, were also charged in the case. Both face counts of armed robbery and accessory after the fact of murder. They will…

Covid-19: Fourth Grade Switches To Fully-Remote Learning After the discovery of a COVID-19 infection, an entire grade has been put on remote-learning. On Wednesday, Nov. 18, in a letter to the community, Superintendent Mark Pellegrino said that the fourth-graders at Elm Street School in Gardner are switching to full-remote learning for the next two weeks.
