CT Nurse Admits To Tampering With Fentanyl Vials
A Connecticut man has admitted to tampering with fentanyl vials while working as a nurse.
Bryan Wilson, age 39, of the New Haven County town of Madison, pleaded guilty on Thursday, Feb. 10, to tampering with a consumer product, according to Leonard Boyle, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
While working as a nurse at The Vascular Experts, a Connecticut company that performs outpatient medical procedures, Wilson had access to a secure area where vials of drugs used as aesthetics were held, the US Attorney's Office said.

A Connecticut man has been arrested for alleged possession of 116 bags of fentanyl and possession of a stolen gun after police received a complaint of drug dealing at an apartment complex.
Jose Ortiz-Rosado, age 46, of Hartford, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 19, by community service officers Steven Pino and Miguel Varela responding to complaints of trespassers conducting drug sales at the apartment building located at 655 Broad St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police.

A Connecticut fentanyl dealer has been sentenced to five years in prison for distributing the drug.
