Man Wanted For Fatal Nightclub Shooting Added To State's Most Wanted List: Police
A man accused of shooting and killing a rival in a Lawrence nightclub parking lot is the latest addition to the state's most wanted criminals. Franklin M. Laras, 27, is wanted on charges of murder and firearm offenses following the Christmas Eve 2023 shooting of Edward Javier-Perez at the Energy Lounge in Lawrence, Massachusetts State Police said.
