Woman Struck, Killed By Car In Hit-Run I-91 Crash, CT State Police Say
A woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-rush crash, according to Connecticut State Police.
It happened around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19 in Hartford County.
The woman, whose identity has not yet been released, was struck directly by a car on southbound I-91 in Enfield. She suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car, which was traveling in the center lane just north of Exit 48, fled the scene, continuing southbound, according to state police.

State police have identified a third Massachusetts resident found dead inside a northern Connecticut home.
The three people, including a child, were found in Windham County in the small town of Brooklyn around 8:27 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14, said Connecticut State Police.
Two had been identified as Lury M. Pizarro, age 33, and Emanual M. Pizarro, age 3, both of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Jose A. Perez, age 32, also of Worcester, was identified on Friday, Feb. 17.

State Police have identified two of three people found dead inside a northern Connecticut home as being Massachusetts residents.
The three, including a child, were found in Windham County in the town of Brooklyn around 8:27 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14, said Connecticut State Police.

Man Nabbed With Weapons In Carry-On Bag At Bradley Airport: Police
A man faces charges after weapons were found in his carry-on bag at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, according to authorities.
Just after 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, Connecticut State Police troopers responded to the airport's TSA Security checkpoint for a report of an individual transporting a possible firearm in their carry-on luggage.
