Massachusetts runs on Dunkin. The beloved coffee and doughnuts chain ranked at the top of the list for most favorite fast food in The Bay State. Gambling.com recently examined Google Trends data of people in Massachusetts searching for a quick bite to eat and ranked the results. Dunkin won in a landslide, which explains why the company has nearly 1,000 locations in the state — the most of any chain, according to Stacker.com. “It scored highest in three out of the four phrases analyzed — resulting in a final score of 53,” the survey notes. “The donut specialty chain has over 1000 outlets i…

When it comes to satisfying those hunger pangs, it turns out nothing does it for Zoomers quite like the delectably irresistible taste of America’s favorite chicken shack. A new survey by investment firm Piper Sandler found that Generation Z’s favorite restaurant is Chick-fil-A. The decision was reportedly made to offset the costs of commodities and labor that have risen during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other businesses, such as Chipotl…

The CDC said last week that fully vaccinated people do not need to wear a mask or stay 6 feet apart from others in most cases, whether indoors or outdoors. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after they receive the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. The following mandates are in place at thes…

If it feels like fast food tacos, fried chicken sandwiches, and burgers are taking a bigger bite out of your wallet than just a few months ago - you are not alone. Across the nation, fast food prices have gone up significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, Restaurant Business reported. In fact, quickie restaurants haven't jacked up their prices like this since the Great Recession of 2008, according to Eat This, Not That. Citing government data, a Restaurant Business analysis found that prices at limited-service restaurants went up by 6.2 percent year-over-year. Meanwhile, traditional resta…
