Massachusetts 911 Operator, Mom Battling 'Aggressive' Form Of Breast Cancer Donations are pouring in for a 911 operator and single mother who needs financial support while battling an aggressive form of breast cancer.  Brittany Ketcham, who works as a 911 operator at the North Shore Regional 911 Center, was diagnosed with the disease, this week, her friend Kristin Rupert said in a GoFundMe campaign.
