15-Year-Old Stabs Parent With Pocket Knife At CT Residence, Police Say A Connecticut teen has been arrested after allegedly stabbing a parent with a pocket knife. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 10:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 24 on Pratt Street. According to Chief William Fitzgerald of the Winchester Police, officers responded to a call for a domestic disturbance at the home and found that a 15-year-old had stabbed a parent with a pocket knife. Authorities in Hartford County received a report that a boy was assaulted at a bus stop on Maple Street in Wethersfield at about 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, the Wethersfield Police Department reported. Central Mass Man Held On $10K Bail For Allegedly Assaulting Teenage Girl A Blackstone man was being held on $10,000 bail after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a teenage girl last week, authorities said.  Michael Verzosa, age 34, was arrested after police responded to call about the assault on Mendon Street in Blackstone around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, Police Chief Gregory Gilmore said. Verzosa is facing several charges including assault, indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and witness intimidation, Gilmore said.
