Arrested: Woman Accused Of Robbing Friend At Gunpoint, 2nd Suspect At-Large
A Massachusetts woman accused of robbing a friend at gunpoint has been arrested.
On Monday, Jan. 11, police officers were dispatched to the area of 877 Main St. in Worcester at 4:45 p.m. for a report of a carjacking, police said.
Upon arrival, police found probable cause that a man was robbed of his car keys at gunpoint by two acquaintances following an argument, police said.
Officers came to believe that the suspects were in possession of a gray sedan, which officers found nearby at 806 Main St., police said.

An officer with a sharp eye foiled an allegedly violent, purse-thief early Monday morning.
On Monday, Nov. 23, around 5:40 a.m., a Worcester Police officer was patrolling the Grand Street area when he allegedly observed a woman cross the street in front of his cruiser carrying two handbags, police said.
Shortly thereafter, the officer was flagged down by a woman who reported she had just been mugged and her purse was stolen, police said.
The victim said that a woman had grabbed her from behind, held a knife to her throat, and demanded her purse, police said.

Woman Jumps Out Of Moving Car To Escape Alleged Kidnapper
Kidnapping, carjacking, armed robbery, and stabbing are just some of the things a 27-year-old city man is accused of doing during an alleged crime spree Tuesday, Oct. 13.
One of the victims, a woman, jumped out of a moving car to save herself, police said.
Police were called to Stafford Street around 12:45 a.m. for a report of a stabbing, police said.
When they arrived on the scene, Worcester Police said they found a 26-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a man who allegedly held up a Westborough McDonald’s cashier using a knife.
On the evening of July 23, police were called to 299 Turnpike Road for a reported armed robbery. The area was searched and although the suspect was not found, some items connected to him were discovered - including a cash drawer, police sad.
