2 Wounded In Western Mass Shooting; Teen Charged With Pulling Trigger A 19-year-old Berkshire County man is accused of firing a gun in a car and injuring himself and another man, authorities said.  Ryan Starbird, of Pittsfield, and another man were taken to Berkshire Medical Center just after 2 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, following the shooting, Pittsfield police said.  A 911 call reported a gunshot inside a car at The Berkshire Crossing Parking Lot at 555 Hubbard Avenue, authorities said.
