The incident happened Saturday, Feb. 22 in Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville. Mass Native, Rabbi Levi Wolosow Dies Suddenly, 43, Rabbi Levi Wolosow, a 43-year-old Manaplan resident, died while on a family trip in the Poconos on Monday, Feb. 3, Chabad announced.  Anash says that Wolosow, the director of Chabad of Monmouth County, died while on a ski trip with his family in the Poconos.
